How can I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (where available)
  • Bank Transfer

For bank transfer orders, your order is confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
Can I place my order through WhatsApp?

If you need help choosing a product, confirming availability or placing an order, simply message us on WhatsApp and our team will guide you through the process.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout. Our team may also contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

Products

Are the product colours exactly the same as they appear online?

We photograph every product as accurately as possible.

However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, and the natural variation of materials.

If you're based in Lahore, we always recommend visiting our showroom before making your final decision. Photographs tell part of the story. Seeing a piece in person tells the rest.
Are your products handmade?

Many of our products involve hand-applied finishes, casting, carving, painting or assembly.

Because of this, small variations in texture, colour and detailing are natural and should be appreciated as part of the character of the piece, not considered defects.
Do lamps come with bulbs?

Bulb inclusion varies by product.

Please refer to the product description or contact our team if you'd like to confirm the recommended bulb type before ordering.
Do lamps come with shades?

Unless stated otherwise, yes.

The lamp is supplied with the shade shown in the product photographs. Decorative accessories and styling items used in our photography are not included.
Can I request a different lampshade?

For selected lamps, yes.

If you're looking for a different shade colour, fabric or style, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know the available options.
Are the product dimensions exact?

We provide measurements as accurately as possible.

Minor variations may occur in products featuring handmade or individually finished components. We recommend reviewing the dimensions carefully before placing your order.
Can you help me choose the right size?
